Built and supervised a team of 5 UI designers. Trained and mentored the team, focusing on XHTML templates and CSS as pertains to skinning widgets for DotNetNuke (DNN).

Created skin templates and maintained .le structures for 2 major website redesigns, both with over 200 pages. The sites were both integrated into the DNN framework, where I acted as Webmaster, managing all content and design.

Maintained design and web standards for 4 large websites including DeviceCareerNetwork.com, Biospace.com, MedHunters.com and RegionalHelpWanted.com.

Created a wireframe for development of a web application that includes a database, customer management, and intuitive user-interface that allows members to pay for and manage their own content to instantly create a dynamic video player.

Designed and built a mini-website/video player for each client’s individual property using table-less XHTML, CSS, Javascript, Prototype + Yahoo UI Libraries, and Photoshop.

Designed, built, and maintained B2B website using SEO practices from design to completion. using XHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP and Photoshop.
